Due to the University closure, for pay period 12/16-31/2013, all time sheets must be completed and submitted by noon on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013. Time sheet approvals are due by Friday, Dec 20, 2013. Please pick up any paychecks by 5:00PM on Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 as well.
Please don't forget to make necessary changes to your time card if you planned on taking vacation on December 23rd. Also, for those who are not on Direct Deposit, paychecks will be available at HR on December 20th until 5:00PM. If you have not picked up your check by 5:00PM, Hr will mail them to your address on file.
2013 Year to date pay information will be available via Ecampus through January 2, 2014, Thursday, until 12:00 pm. If you would like to have a record of your last pay stub for 2013 with all the year to date information, please be sure to log in to your ecampus and print your pay stub for December 20, 2013.
