We just closed another successful benefits enrollment process. Thank you for completing your enrollment documents by the due date. Your timeliness allows us to be timely in ensuring your enrollment goes without a hitch! Below are a few reminders:
2013 Health Plan rates
2013 Healthcare Plan rates will be reflected on the second pay check in January. The first paycheck in January reflects the last weeks of December and as such will reflect the 2012 Healthcare rates.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Don't forget to submit all of your 2012 Flexible Spending Account reimbursement forms. You will have until March 31, 2013 to submit 2012 reimbursement requests.
Retirement: 401a and 403b
Retirement amounts have increased to $17,500.For employees over 50 years of age, the maximum limit is now $23,000. You can make changes any time during the year.
Employee Assistance Program Services
