Work-Life Balance Study

Laura Nichols (Sociology) and Kieran Sullivan (Psychology) were commissioned to conduct a study exploring faculty perceptions of work life at Santa Clara, its influence on family and decisions about family, personal well-being, and the use of and need for institutional supports. The final report was completed in May 2011.
