Elder Care

caredotcom

Santa Clara has contracted with CARE.com to provide elder care planning and management. As part of its service, Care.com provides one-on-one consultations to initiate the caregiving planning process; comprehensive written care plans, including research on provider options; access to a national credentialed provider network; rate negotiation to ensure best pricing; and assistance in identifying backup care.

Access to Care.com is free for all faculty and staff. Visit www.care.com/scu  to register.
Then, click on “Senior Care Counseling” on the “Adults and Seniors” tab.

Be sure to use your @scu.edu email address when registering. If you have questions, contact Debby Merryman.

Santa Clara University has contracted with Care.com to provide this service as part of a pilot program. Santa Clara University does not take part in the interaction between care seekers and care providers and does not have control over the quality, timing, legality or any other aspect whatsoever of the services actually delivered by the care providers. Santa Clara encourages all care seekers to carefully screen and interview prospective care providers.
