Faculty Study Group GrantsGrants of up to $500 annually provide funding for food, readings, and other expenses for interdisciplinary groups of faculty who wish to gather regularly for discussions of scholarship and/or teaching. Proposals are welcome from both new and continuing groups. Groups should draw faculty from multiple academic departments (discipline-specific series should seek support from their departments). A brief report must be submitted at the end of the academic year indicating how the funds were used and how participation in the group influenced the scholarship or pedagogy of the members. This report can be accompanied by an updated request for further funding if the group plans to continue. Proposal guidelines:Proposals are accepted year round and should be emailed to Anne Riconosciuto, Program Associate for Faculty Development.
