Bloom's Taxonomy is a framework that conceptualizes learning as cognitive, attitudinal, and physical. The cognitive domain usefully breaks down knowledge and intellectual skills into progressively more sophisticated processes. Bloom's Taxonomy provides a useful resource in writing learning objectives and determining appropriate assessments.
