These directories attempt to provide current information of the sort prospective authors would need, including scope/coverage, acceptance/rejection rates, number of reviewers, time required for review, availability of reviewers' comments, fees charged to review or publish the manuscript, copies required and manuscript topics as well as contact information. About 1100 journals are included covering education rather broadly and with an American audience. This is really three separate databases which overlap a bit in topical coverage but must be searched individually.

Contains descriptions, reviews, and other significant information of particular value to teachers on almost 1.5 million children's books. It is international in scope and adds about 1500 items per month.
