This Literary Cuisine celebrates the life and times of an American icon. Popularly known as the chef who introduced French cuisine to the United States, Julia Child was a truly exceptional American woman. Nancy Unger, Associate Professor of History, will give a lively presentation of Julia Child as trailblazer, French cook, media celebrity, and a woman who created a public identity for herself at a time when few women did.

Please join us for a delicious French lunch and an opportunity to win a Julia Child themed memento.

Bon Appétit will be serving a special meal for this celebration. The cost is $10. Payment can be made by ACCESS Card flex account, cash, or check.
