Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

In addition to JST Financial Awards,all lay or non-religious U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens are required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  The FAFSA application determines eligibility for United States federal financial aid. The FAFSA application process is administered through the Graduate Theological Union Consortial Financial Aid Office. 
             **Deadline for all FAFSA applications: March 1^st

Federal Stafford Loans

The Graduate Theological Union participates in the Federal Direct Loan program, also commonly referred to as the Federal Stafford Loan Program. These loans are available to degree students who can demonstrate need according to specific government standards and who maintain satisfactory progress during their program of study.
