To live a healthy life, good nutrition is the key to your success. Your diet should include eating a variety of foods from each of the basic food groups. While this may sound easy, with our busy lives it's not always easy to get the nutrition we need. A healthy diet requires planning and an effort to include a variety of foods. The Mission to Wellness office will help with this by offering nutritional counseling, workshops and cooking classes to help you achieve your goals.

Individualized Nutrition Counseling
One-on-one nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian. One hour sessions to discuss weight control, nutrition, eating disorders, medical nutrition therapy for special diets, and fitness. Twenty five minute follow up sessions are encouraged.
Meal Planning 101 Workshop Handouts
