Using Kouzes and Posner’s Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, we’ll explore this topic to help you learn how to change the pace of your effectiveness as a leader.  A spectrum of trends continues to impact how we manage our time, priorities, attention and outcomes as leaders. We talk about productivity and quantify it often. But does productivity always give us more as leaders? In what ways does it make us more and less effective?  As leaders, there’s always going to be more to do and not enough time to do it. LJ will help you:
