Over the last 12 years, we have accelerated over 200 social enterprises in 55 countries, having positively impacted the lives of 100 million people living below the poverty line around the world. The Center has developed a targeted approach to take social entrepreneurs from blueprint to scale, spearheaded by our Global Social Bene?t Institute (GSBI®). We enlist mentors?seasoned CEO?s, venture capitalists, and even founders of NASDAQ companies?to guide social entrepreneurs through a structured course curriculum, honed and re?ned over 12 years.     Qualifications The Website Ace is a student who joins the Marketing Team, responsible for growing the Center's business and brand. You?ll have three cool SCU colleagues and a great boss. We are looking for a talented student who loves design, is full of fresh ideas and creativity, and the ability to implement these to a website. If you have a keen eye for detail, with extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CommonSpot, WordPress, HTML + Google Analytics, submit your materials. Qualities and Skills/Experience: ? Experience in website content management preferred (WordPress, CommonSpot). ? Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS (and troubleshooting), sitemap creation, and wireframing. ? Excellent graphic design skills. ? Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). ? Be plugged in and adaptive to new trends in the social enterprise industry to propose new strategies. ? Background in Engineering/Design/Marketing experience preferred. Details: The internship will require 20 hours per week for the entire school year. The hours and days are ?exible and can be adjusted each quarter to ?t your schedule. We can also be ?exible on the internship length. This is a paid internship, with an hourly stipend. No traditional bene?ts (but you will have plenty of free snacks, occasional meals, a potential for great friends, great career building experience, and potential mentors to make career introductions).
    Duties and responsibilities Job Duties & Responsibilities: ? Work closely with Marketing Manager to take the Center?s website to new heights. This will be fun. We are about to redo our site from scratch and your input will be taken into strong consideration. ? Upload content (text, photos, videos, etc.) to website. Keep the website looking ?y. ? Work closely with Web Publishing to help marketing team maintain a web-friendly format and make changes to improve look and feel of the site. ? Pro?cient with Google Analytics to measure effectiveness and performance. ? Assist Center staff with other duties as assigned. You?re humble and down to help with whatever it takes.
