  • Department description The Student Assistant provides administrative support for Law School academic support programs, Bar preparation programs, and the Externship Program.
    Qualifications - Open to SCU students (for confidentiality reasons, no law students) - Familiarity with Word and Excel - Proficiency with Google platform - Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently - Must have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    Duties and responsibilities The Student Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative support projects as assigned by the Program Coordinator, including: - Tracking, checking-in, and re-shelving materials in the departmental lending library - Scanning, printing, and copying documents for programs and courses - Checking and delivering mail - Assisting with set-up, clean-up, and logistics for events and programs - Other projects and assignments in support of law school programs, events, and courses Start Date: No later than the week of June 16. The position will continue throughout the summer and into the new school year. The Student Assistant *must* be available the week of August 11-15 to assist with Law School Orientation.
