    Duties and responsibilities Social Media Developer Job Purpose: Manages social networks for department and implements changes to improve outside engagement with department. Social Media Developer Job Duties: Coordinates the department?s Reaching Within Blog Implements a social media strategy Manages social media sites and hashtags (#scuspirit, Facebook, Twitter) build audience on Twitter Use Facebook analytics strategically Directs feedback to appropriate parties in CM Monitors trends and encourages adoption of social media tools Searches for news/articles to post Implements social media campaigns Manages social media campaigns Monitors internet for brand related topics of conversation Provides feedback to supervisors
