  • Department description The Enrollment Services Center (One Stop) is responsible for providing superior customer service in a ?One Stop? atmosphere, to undergraduate and graduate students at the front counter, on the phone and through email. The position will be cross-trained to assist students with bursar, financial aid, and registrar related transaction.
    Qualifications -Must be available to work 30-40 hours/week during the summer -Demonstrate positive attitude and genuine interest in assisting students and families -Strong work ethic; ability to work without direct supervision -Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Ability to learn basic financial aid, billing and registration rules and requirements quickly and accurately -Experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment preferred -Cash handling and balancing experience preferred -Excellent time management and organizational skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Punctual and detail-oriented -Flexible schedule
    Duties and responsibilities -Cashiering -Answer multi-line phones, respond to email inquiries, assist walk-in traffic -Resolve basic financial aid, billing and registration inquires using PeopleSoft -Assist staff with creating and updating written Policy & Procedure manuals and training manuals -Create flyers and other student notifications -Create tracking logs for phone, email volume and walk-in traffic and provide analysis for scheduling purposes
