  • Department description The Career Management Office is a dynamic team of individuals focused on providing Santa Clara Law students and graduates with the tools they need to effectively self-manage their career development. Department activities include arranging networking events, organizing on-campus interviews, and providing job search skills workshops.
    Qualifications The successful candidate will be forward facing with law school graduates and prominent members of the legal community. The ideal candidate will have: *Excellent written and verbal communication skills; *The ability to draft professional correspondence; *No inhibitions with regard to soliciting law school alumni to assist with programming; *Be highly detail oriented, and have a strong sense of project management, calendaring and work well within a team. *Have a strong interest in learning all areas of the law, but be particularly committed to extending social justice and public interest programming.
    Duties and responsibilities Assist with all phases of event planning for several networking events. This includes soliciting graduates to participate in Speed Networking, mentor programs, conferences, etc. The successful candidate will need to work within budgets, assist with vendor communication, and facilities arrangements.
