    Qualifications Qualifications: Professional: 1. Currently enrolled SCU student having 3.0 GPA or better. 2. Knowledge of basic office skills, including word and excel. 3. Excellent with details and follow-up. Ability to multi-task a plus. 4. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. 5. Self-starter. Innovative thinker. Ability to perform well with minimal supervision. 6. Flexible and ability to work through changes. 7. Previous experience with campus technology desired, but not necessary. Personal: 1. Ability to work effectively with diverse population of students, staff and faculty. 2. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment. 3. Ability to work well with others. 4. Consistent and punctual attendance. 5. Great sense of humor is a must.
    Duties and responsibilities 1. Assist students and visitors with their questions and direct more complex inquiries to appropriate departments. 2. Familiarity with Lucas Hall, including, but not limited to, location of faculty offices, departments and conference rooms. 3. Know how to use technology in the classrooms and conference rooms. 4. Make copies or prepare materials for duplication. Troubleshoot copy machines or contact Rabbit when copy machines are malfunctioning. 5. Maintain inventory of supplies; restock and reorder supplies as needed. 6. Serve as a mail drop-off point for students & faculty. Keep log of items submitted to the Lost & Found. 7. Perform basic word processing/data input tasks using standard office software. 8. Aid with Facilities requests, including but not limited to: submitting AiM requests and setting up the Forbes Family Conference Room 9. Represent the Leavey School of Business in major events including: Preview Days, Open House, Family Days, and Crab Feast. 10. Assume assigned projects from the Dean?s Office.
