  • Department description Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) is an academic program housed in the "College of Arts and Sciences" that has around 800+ students/members. We are a community outreach program that garners to an older demographics of adults. Osher has academic and social events for our members to participate in and we plan all the classes and events to which they attend. Please visit our site for more information.
    Qualifications Knowledge of XCEL and Word applications. Strong customer support back ground. Flexible and able to think quickly to resolve any issues. Pleasant on the phone, diligent about answering emails. Polite phone etiquette. Ability to finish projects in a timely fashion. Can work independently. Works well with older adults. Takes direction well.
    Duties and responsibilities Reports directly to the Director of the program. Provides customer Support (telephone and email), administrative duties as assigned, copying, working on excel spreadsheets, planning events, ASTRA room reservations, class rosters, calendaring, preparing class packets. Assist office staff when backlogged. Hours are flexible.
