Open positions are posted for a minimum of 5 days and thereafter until a sufficient applicant pool has been obtained. You may submit a resume for any posted position. Please be advised that Santa Clara University does not individually acknowledge resumes received. All persons invited for an interview on campus for a staff position will be asked to complete a standardized University Employment Application as a supplement to any resume or other application material received.

Current employees who wish to be considered for an opening should apply online and submit an Internal Transfer Application (PDF 94KB). Please submit your application directly to the Human Resources Department. Your application and desire to transfer will be shared with the hiring supervisor only. Should you be selected for the position, it will be your responsibility to discuss this with your current supervisor.
