HR Workshops: Communicating During Conflict - You CAN Do Both

Workshop Description:
Do you sometimes have to deal with people you don't agree with? Does the thought of dealing with someone in a conflict situation send you running in the opposite direction? In this workshop, you will learn to deal more effectively with challenging situations and people. You can turn a difficult relationship into a productive one. By the end of the session, you will develop a specific plan to approach and deal with that "difficult person" in your life.
