CHEAPER TO LIVE ON-CAMPUS?

A look in to the benefits of on-campus living

Upcoming Dates

We frequently receive questions from parents about the cost of living on-campus in relation to living off-campus. When all factors are taken in to account, on-campus living offers a dynamic community for students at a reasonable price. Unlike off-campus properties, on-campus housing offers:

  • An all inclusive room and board charge once a quarter and no monthly bills
  • Utilities, cable service, wired and wirless internet, and a meal plan
  • 24/7 staff to respond to maintenance and safety issues, roommate conflicts, welfare issues, lockouts, and more

By living on-campus, students are close to the their classes, library resources, the gym and dining facilities. Parking is also conveniently available in close proximity to each hall. Ultimately, on-campus housing is a cost effective way for students to thrive and grow during their college experience.

We offer a variety of options to meet the needs of each type of student. There are apartment style options, townhomes, traditional halls, suites, mini-suites, studios, as well as the option for single or double occupancy. Click here for a list of options.
