The CyPhi RLC is located next to Kennedy Commons. Bathrooms are centrally located on each floor. There are two elevators within the building. All floors are coed, except for the first floor which is an all male floor - rooms are single-sex.
Swig underwent a major renovation in Summer 2010. Student rooms received upgraded data capacity, enlarged vanities and storage, new room furniture, flooring and paint. Lounge floors were also updated. The 11th floor Sky Lounge was completely renovated and two new reservable study spaces on the 11th floor were added. Ten dryers and five washers were added to the laundry room.
The basement was renovated to include a music practice room, dance practice room, conference room, new vending/gaming area, and basement movie viewing room.
