To Request a Dining Plan Change
To change your Resident Dining Plan, please fill out the Resident Dining Plan Change Request Form and submit it to the Housing Office during the corresponding dates found below.
For the 2012 - 2013 academic year:
To change your plan for Fall quarter, forms must be submitted by August 10, 2012.
To change your plan for Winter quarter, forms must be submitted by November 9, 2012.
To change your plan for Spring quarter, forms must be submitted by February 15, 2013.
No changes will be accepted outside of the open periods or once a quarter has started. Once a change had been made, it is made through the end of academic year unless changed again during another Dining Plan Change period.
