St. Clare is a gated community conveniently located two blocks from Lucas Hall and Daly Science. The complex offers 59 single furnished studios in a two-story building with exterior corridors. The studios offer approximately 275 square feet of living space with a kitchenette and separate private bath.
A coin laundry facility and on-site parking are close at hand. All utilities, cable TV and access to the Universitys wireless data connection are included in the lease and are billed per academic term. Studios are assigned to a single student. A building resident manager is available for assistance and to help plan community services.
It is important to note that St. Clare is also close to a newly renovated Graduate Community Center space, which includes a computer/study room, large lounge, restrooms, service desk and community kitchen.
