Bellarmine will be available to Graduate and Law students during the 2012-2013 academic year. It will also be available to faculty for short, temporary stays. Bellarmine Hall is conveniently located across the street from the south side of campus. The complex offers 60 single furnished and air-conditioned rooms in a three-story building with interior corridors, an elevator, and a central ground floor secured entrance. The rooms offer approximately 280 square feet of living space with a wall kitchenette and private bath.
A coin laundry facility and vending machine are close at hand.
Parking is available in front of the hall as well as in an underground garage. There are two common areas offering both a quiet study space and a community television.
All utilities, cable TV and access to the Universitys wireless data connection are included in the lease and are billed per academic term. Rooms are assigned to a single student. A building resident manager is available for assistance and to help plan community services. A minimum 10-month contract is required.
