Franklin House
The Franklin house is a private residence within a couple of blocks from campus that can accommodate up to five students in single rooms. This house provides a community living atmosphere with fully furnished common areas and bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample parking. This house offers on‐site laundry facilities. Water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, and garbage utilities as well as internet service are included in the lease and are billed per academic term. This house is available to 2nd and 3rd year graduate students only. A minimum 10‐month contract is required.
