100% of your gift to the Santa Clara Fund supports today's undergraduates

As the University’s primary source of unrestricted, flexible funds, gifts to the Santa Clara Fund help meet the most urgent needs of today’s undergraduates. Your Santa Clara Fund gift supports the University’s core mission of educating leaders of competence, conscience, and compassion by funding four critical aspects of student life: scholarships, academic programs, international and immersion programs, and student initiatives.

• Sixty percent of the Santa Clara Fund supports scholarships for today’s students, making it possible for students of the highest caliber to attend the university, regardless of their financial circumstances.

• Twenty percent of the Santa Clara Fund supports academic programs like the Solar Decathlon as well as faculty and student research projects, which encourage students to pursue excellence in education.

• Fifteen percent of the Santa Clara Fund supports international study and immersion programs, which provide students with the opportunity to continue their education in a new community

• Five percent of the Santa Clara Fund supports student initiatives. Student groups can apply for seed funding for a specific project or to launch a new program that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to fund.
