Janet Flammang is new acting dean for the College of Arts and Sciences
President Paul Locatelli,S.J., announced that Janet Flammang, political science will be acting dean in the College of Arts and Sciences, beginning Sept.1.
She will serve while Atom Yee is on a one-year sabbatical. Flammang served six years as chair of the department of political science and nine years as associate dean for the College, and served as acting dean in 2001.
The rest of the administrative staff will continue to serve in their current capacity: associate deans Amy Shachter, chemistry; Diane Dreher, English; and Paul Fitzgerald, religious studies; and assistant dean Kathleen Schneider.
Online 'HR Self Service' expands to serve faculty and staff
After a five-week delay, the new Human Resource Self Service applications, in 'ecampus, ' went online for all faculty and staff on March 8.
You can log onto HR Self Service through the ecampus Web site .To do so you will need the Self Service ID mailed to your local address during the last week of January. The password to accompany your ID were emailed to all faculty and staff March 8.
If you did not receive an ID, or don't remember what it is, contact the IT Service Center at x5700.
