Privacy Resources

Your Privacy Online, a teaching module, provides curriculum materials focused on the ethics of Internet privacy for college-level courses. Also available is a package of resources on privacy built around a case study on the privacy of medical records.

High Tech Forum

Since 2005, the Ethics Center has collaborated with the SCU High Tech Law Institute to sponsor the High Tech Forum, a series of presentations on IT, ethics, and law. Speakers have included Jonathan Zittrain, Craig Newmark, and Jane McGonigal.

Internet Ethics: Views from Silicon Valley

In this video series, Silicon Valley pioneers and entrepreneurs turn the spotlight on key issues in Internet Ethics today. Speakers will include Charles Geschke (co-founder of Adobe Systems), A.C. "Mike" Markkula (co-founder of Apple); and Dan Warmenhoven (of NetApp).

Beyond rich resources on Internet Ethics, the Center’s online offerings extend to a wide range of topics in technology ethics, from video gaming to social networking.
