Programs on Corporate GovernanceIn collaboration with Morrison & Foerster, Wilson Sonsini, and the National Association of Corporate Directors Silicon Valley, the Center offers regular programs of special interest to general counsels, corporate board members, and others responsible for corporate governance. An annual lecture by a justice of the Delaware Court explores recent decisions on governance from America’s most important source of corporate law. Consulting and Public SpeakingCenter Executive Director Kirk O. Hanson is a well-known commentator on business and organizational ethics. He regularly addresses groups in such industries as financial services, health care, and corporate affairs.
