At the CenterEnvironmental Ethics Fellows to Present Carbon Calculator at ConferenceTuesday, Apr. 17, 2012The Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences (AESS) has accepted "How to Build a Campus-Specific Carbon Footprint Calculator" for presentation at its 2012 Conference, to be held at Santa Clara University June 21-24. The presentation will describe the efforts of the 2010-11 Markkula Center Environmental Ethics Fellows to create a calculator for SCU, which they completed last year. The team also offers Build-Your-Own Calculator instructions. AESS received almost 200 proposals. The winning proposal was submitted by Samantha Juda, Christina Lesnick, and Tim Vierengel, now SCU juniors.
