    Businesspeople can learn how to protect themselves and their companies from charges of corrupt practices at a program Sept. 17, co-sponsored by the Ethics Center and Morrison &Foerster.

    The experienced panel features Center Executive Director Kirk O. Hanson, along with senior DOJ and SEC enforcement attorneys, lead director and audit committee chair, and FCPA-experienced general and counsel.
