Pradeep Jotwani is Senior Vice President of Software and Web Services in the Printing and Personal Systems Group (PPS). Jotwani and his team are responsible for delivering a suite of offerings that includes: photo-storage and printing offerings such as Snapfish; document storage; entertainment services; web-connected printing; and PC back-up and related services.

In his earlier years at HP, Jotwani was Senior Vice President of the Supplies, Imaging and Printing Group. Under his direction, the business was the industry-leading supplier. Prior to that assignment, he was President of HP’s Consumer Business Organization, which he formed. This organization represented HP’s first formal sales and marketing organization focused specifically on the consumer market. He also served as HP’s executive sponsor for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and founded, the company’s e-commerce store.

After departing HP in 2007, Jotwani worked as an operating executive at a private equity firm, served on two public and two private corporate boards, was a Leadership Fellow at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and lent his time to a series of civic and non-profit organizations.

Prior to rejoining HP as Senior Vice President of Software and Services in 2012, Jotwani served as Chief Marketing Officer at Eastman Kodak Company as well as President of Kodak’s Consumer Business where he was responsible for a portfolio of traditional and new consumer businesses, including an online photo service, consumer inkjet printers and consumer film.

A native of India, Jotwani earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, in 1975, and two years later, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He received an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business in 1982. Jotwani resides in Palo Alto, California, with his wife and three children.
