Senior Design Conference
Mark your calendar: The School of Engineering will hold its 42nd Annual Senior Design Conference Thursday, May 10, 2012. More than 250 alumni, industry leaders, parents and friends are expected to come and watch our seniors present their projects. In 2012, bioengineering seniors are taking medical devices to the next level; civil engineers are designing numerous sustainable building and water projects; computer engineers are developing software applications to improve our lives; electrical engineers are working on improved testing methods for potable water in underdeveloped regions; and mechanical engineering students are building a Quadrotor UAV helicoptor for rescue surveillance. These are just a few examples of the exciting engineering visitors will witness at the Senior Design Conference on May 10.
