Please note: 
(1) We accept notarized copies of documents from foreign schools. For documents in English, we accept copies that are certified by a U.S. notary public. For documents in foreign languages, we accept certified translations made by appointed court interpreters in those countries.  International transcripts must be submitted (translated) in English. Please note: sometimes degree conferral may be issued separately from transcript; if this is the case, the document indicating degree conferral/diploma must also be submitted in English.

(2) We do not issue I-20 to applicants who wish to enter directly into our the Certificate Program. To request an I-20 from SCU, you will need to apply for a degree program.
