Students with Disabilities
From the Student Handbook: "No qualified person with a disability shall be excluded from participating in any University program, nor be denied benefits of any University program, or otherwise be subject to discrimination. The University will make every reasonable effort to remove existing barriers, whether physical, programmatic, or attitudinal, and to ensure that new barriers are not erected. Santa Clara University is committed to providing access for qualified students with disabilities, faculty, staff, and visitors to University programs."
Office of Disabilities Resources
The Office of Disabilities Resources ensures access for all qualified students with disabilities to all academic programs and University resources. Types of disabilities include medical, physical, psychological, attention-deficit, and learning disabilities. Reasonable accommodations are provided to minimize the effects of a student’s disability and to maximize the potential for success.
The Office of Disabilities Resources is located in Benson Memorial Center, Room 216.

Disability Statement on Marketing
The following statement about the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 (ADA/504) must be included in all marketing for an event, activity, or meeting:
- "In compliance with the ADA/504, please direct your accommodation requests to [NAME] at [EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE]."
For [NAME] fill in the name of the primary student organizing this event, and for [EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE] fill in that student's email address or phone number.
