Fund Balances for CSOs

Chartered Student Organizations (CSOs) spend and retire prior year fund balances according to fiscal processes dictated by the Vice Provost for Student Life and Dean of Students (or designee) as well as the Student Activity Fee Committee. For more information:

Fund Balances for RSOs

Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) retain funds in their respective club fund accounts and gift fund accounts each year. However, funds in the ASG fund account do not carry over quarter to quarter. For more information:
