Recharter an Existing CSO

    Existing Chaterted Student Organizations (CSOs) periodically undergo review to ensure they continue to meet the chartering criteria. These reviews are conducted by the Center for Student Leadership (CSL) and then forwarded by the Vice Provost for Student Life and Dean of Students to the University Policy Committee for Student Affairs for recommendation for action. The Vice Provost for Student Life and Dean of Students will then make a formal determination regarding the continued chartered status of the student organization.

    The following CSOs are scheduled to recharter over the next few years:

    • 2012-13: Associated Student Government (ASG)
    • 2013-14: KSCU FM 103.3, Multicultural Center (MCC)
    • 2014-15: Santa Clara Community Action Program (SCCAP), Santa Clara Review
    • 2015-16: TBA
    • 2016-17: TBA
