Being a student leader on campus takes a great deal of energy, organization, hard work and dedication. Taking on the challenges of managing and supervising your organization as well as your peer group are no small tasks.

Do not worry! The staff in the Center for Student Leadership, recognizes your role in making sure your organization runs smoothly. eLEADER was developed with your needs in mind.

eLEADER is a web-based leadership program designed to address a series of management issues to assist you throughout the year. As part of eLEADER you will receive a monthly electronic newsletter and workbook so you can work on these management issues at your own pace and on your own time. That's the best part. You work with eLEADER when and where you want. This information will help make you a better manager/supervisor and strengthen your overall leadership skills.

You will gain the ability to find the critical management resources and utilize them any time. The eLEADER workbook includes case studies and helpful leadership tips. Use the guides for yourself, share them with your team, and consult with your CSO Advisor.
