LERN Library – The Leadership Education Resource Network (LERN) Library is a collection of books, exercises, and simulations about leadership development, programming, effective communication, conflict resolution, teambuilding, and student-life issues. The resources are available to all student organizations, faculty and staff.

Experiential Training Materials – A variety of experiential materials for outdoor activities, teambuilding, and initiatives are available for checkout.

Staff Assistance – The Center staff is available to help as facilitator, coach, or consultant. Give the Center a call at (408) 554-4745, and we’ll be happy to work with you and your organization. We are located in Benson Memorial Center, Room One.

Stress Management

The Counseling Center offers free and confidential counseling. Counselors can assess stress and teach strategies to manage it. The Counseling Center staff is also available to give a workshop to your organization on stress management. The Counseling Center is located in Benson Room 201 and can be reached by phone at ext. 4172.
