Your call will be answered by a Registered Nurse with specialized training in nursing/medical telephone advice. The RN follows a standardized procedure and protocol based on the nature of your illness.

The nurse triage telephone services are available Monday through Friday,
after 5 PM and before 8 am, and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays during the academic school year (August 16th to June 15th)
This service is only available to registered SCU students.

Please Note: The Cowell Health Center works with a health management company named SironaHealth to provide after hours clinical nurse triage telephone service through the company's Health Call Center based in Portland, Maine.
