NOTE: Students that have not petitioned by the above dates will not be able to participate in the June Commencement.

 

Graduate Candidates

NOTE: Graduate students who will not have completed all degree requirements by the day of Commencement and wish to "walk through" the ceremony must receive permission from the appropriate graduate program office no later than May 16, 2013. Please note the following guidelines:

  • MBA: You must have no more than two classes remaining. All units and requirements must be completed by August following Commencement.
  • Education and Counseling Pyschology: You must be within 6 units from the total number of units required in the degree program. Those units must be completed by the end of the same calendar year.
  • Engineering: All units and requirements must be completed by June of the current academic year.
  • Pastoral Ministries: You must have all units and requirements completed by Commencement.
