Erin has a dual appointment as a Program Manager at the Center for Multicultural Learning and as the Learning Resources Coordinator in the Drahmann Academic Advising and Learning Resources Center. Erin earned an M.S. in Counseling with a specialization in College Student Personnel from San Francisco State University. She received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University where she double majored in English and Japanese. Erin also worked as the Operations Manager for Densho: The Japanese American Legacy Project, a non-profit organization that is creating a multimedia educational archive on the Japanese American experience. Within higher education, Erin's experiences include working with economically disadvantaged and first generation college students, as well as women.
As a Project Manager, Erin's responsibilities include serving as liaison for Barkada, vice chair of the Advisor Development Council, coordinating the Asian Pacific American Heritage Month activities, coordinating learning resources workshops, developing a collection of learning resources, and co-supervising the peer-tutoring program.
