    Thursday, Apr. 30, 2015

Jillian currently works at SCU in the Biology department as a Research Assistant and in the evenings she tutors high school students. This June she will be moving to Honduras to volunteer at an orphanage for 14 months. Afterwards, she hopes to head off and attend medical school.

"Campus Ministry provided such safe spaces to get to know other SCU students on a more personal level. They fostered an environment where I felt comfortable sharing both my triumphs and struggles. Additionally, I was able to play a supportive role for those around me. Overall, Campus Ministry helped me to not only recognize how large and supportive of a community I was part of on campus, but provided ways for me to be actively involved and to invite others as well. The end of my undergraduate career would have not been as fruitful and memorable without my involvement with Campus Ministry."
