What is the timeline for hiring?

Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2014.
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis as applications are received.
Applicants will be notified of decisions by Thursday, April 24, 2014.

How much do the positions pay?

The hourly compensation for undergraduate student interns starts at $9/ hour.

How many hours per week would I be working?

The position is for 5-10 hours per week. Some internships provide fewer hours.

Is previous participation in Campus Ministry programs required for me to apply as an intern?

No, we do not require that you have any previous participation in Campus Ministry.

Do I have to be Catholic to apply?

No, you do not have to be Catholic to apply to work in Campus Ministry.

When do the positions begin and end?

The positions begin just before Welcome Weekend, September 18-19, 2014, and most last through finals week of spring quarter, the second week of June 2015.

Are there Resident Minister opportunities available?

Yes, there are Resident Minister vacancies for the 2014-2015 academic year. Resident Ministry positions are open only to those who will be graduate students in the 2014-15 academic year. Find out more here.

Do I need to be eligible for work/study to apply?

No, you do not need to be eligible for work/study.
