Leadership

We are students, faculty, and staff of Santa Clara.  We value leadership empowerment which fosters development of our gifts and talents for the service of others.  Our infrastructure consists of three types of ministry leaders:  Campus Minister, Executive Council (ExCo), and Group Coordinators.



 

  • iconCampus Minister

    The main role of the campus minister is to care and empower student and adult leaders in living out CLC mission and way of life.

  • iconExecutive Council (ExCo)

    This team of student leaders, under the direction of the Campus Minister for CLC, oversee all programming and leadership formation for the CLC program at Santa Clara.

    The ExCo team consists of seven focus areas: President, vice-president, public relations, community building, spiritual development, social Justice and service, and leadership formation.

  • iconGroup Coordinators

    These student and adult leaders coordinate and facilitate weekly small group meetings for prayer, reflection and sharing.
