Summer Session Program 2009

Looking for a productive way to spend your summer vacation?

SCU’s Undergraduate Summer Session Program offers interesting, fast-paced courses in more than 25 academic areas. Students receive all the benefits of a Santa Clara classroom experience, including full course credit and individual faculty attention, during these rigorous shortened sessions.

The Summer Session is open to all SCU students and to non-SCU students who would like to apply for the summer session only. Incoming SCU freshmen may also apply and register for summer classes, provided they meet all course prerequisites and that their schedule does not conflict with the required New Student Orientation session.  High school junior and senior students may also apply and register for summer classes through the Young Scholars program.

The Summer 2009 Undergraduate Schedule of Classes will be available online in February 2009.  SCU students may register beginning April 13.  The application period is for non-SCU and non-degree seeking students that begins on March 16.  After receiving a SCU ecampus id and password non-SCU and non-degree seeking students may register beginning April 20 after paying the required deposit. We cannot guarantee transferability of credits to other institutions and recommend students work with advisors at their own schools prior to registering.

We hope you will join us in the Summer 2009 for this fast-paced, exciting term.  Come back soon and check out our website for updates.

Rafael Ulate
