• Music Information (if applicable)
• Statement of purpose
• Résumé
• Two official transcripts from each university attended
• Three recommendations to be mailed in by the evaluators
• $50 application fee
  • One time fee, whether beginning as degree or non-degree seeking
  • Make payable to Santa Clara University
• Financial Aid Application (PDF) including Certification of Ministry (if applicable)
• Schedule an interview with Fr. Tom Powers, SJ, director
