Dean's List

Selection for this prestigious list is based on a student’s annual GPA. This calculation takes into account the grades earned for coursework completed in the three academic quarters of the year just completed.

Students are named to the Dean’s List of the college or school in which they are enrolled if their annual GPA places them in the top 10% of their class in that school or college.

The College of Arts and Sciences is proud to announce that 237 students met the above criteria during the 2006-2007 academic year.  Below meet some of these students.

Victor Quintanar-Zilinskas

My career will combine math and computer science, neuroscience, genetics, emergent properties science, psychology, and medicine.  Intellectually I am up for anything, and going at it with someone passionate doubles my interest.  I will graduate from Santa Clara University (SCU) with a BS in biology.  I am thankful for my experience at SCU, especially for my opportunities to work closely with awesome professors on various research projects.  These projects, pursued with Professors Birmingham, Brook, and Pedersen, have been the most important part of my education here.
