Interviewing With Other Job Candidates
Group interviews with other job candidates are not as common. They are also efficient and allow the interviewers to compare candidates on the spot. Concentrate on your own skills and accomplishments, not your competitors.

Finish your answer while looking at the person who asked the question.
When it's time to ask a question of your own, be clear if you’re asking everyone to answer or directing it to one individual.
